We're looking for an experienced Product Manager who has worked on mobile apps - owning the customer experience and feature roadmap of a service based app with things like booking engines, e-commerce/transactional type properties as part of it.
The business this is working for is a digital start-up which is coming out of its digital garage, rolling out into the mainstream consumer space and is backed by a very big FTSE top 30 parent company.
The digital garage itself is an incubation centre for innovative digital businesses, and the company has one very big success to its credit that's now rolling out globally. The ambition for this firm is principally UK because of the USP afforded by the parent company. But it is right at the start of its journey with an MVP in play, and you're going to be holding the keys to its most critical part - the digital experience and future feature roadmap.
The App and digital platform have 2 sides to it - one for consumers, featuring a pricing and booking engine, transactional aspect and diary - along with full account management feature set.
The other is a digital platform for businesses too - enabling companies to sign up to the platform, manage their own bookings and invoicing, as well as provide bespoke pricing solutions too based on what the consumer requires, full account management functionality - and lots more.
This is expected to be something that takes off and grows rapidly, since it offers key USP's others in this particular area can't, and that's realised because of its affiliation with the parent company.
Future career prospects are similarly strong for someone taking on this challenge. As the business becomes established, the customer base grows, you will also grow your role into a leadership position, ultimately likely to head up the function. So they're looking for someone with significant headroom for career development, taking on a bigger and broader remit as things develop - with a prospect of this role even evolving into a general management position further down the line.
As the ideal candidate, you will have worked in a similar kind of environment before. By that we anticipate you will have experience working in a rapid growth digital business or digital team for a more established one. You will be able to demonstrate the skillset required to be a Digital Product Manager, driving commercial results and supporting business objectives whilst also owning the product feature roadmap and overseeing its delivery whilst also achieving an exceptional customer experience for the user too.

Role: Digital Product Manager
Location: Central London (Zone 1)
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 (based on experience)
