Job type: Permanent

We're looking for digital analysts who love working in the e-retail industry, and are keen to join an international brand that's a fun, quirky and creative environment, which makes up one of the UK's best recognised dot com consumer brands within a technology enabled retail environment.

You'd be working as part of a relatively newly formed team, established to support the company's move to become more data centric. This has included bringing in tools like R and Python, as well as the traditional SQL and Google Analytics platforms as well.

The data's also in good shape, so you're going to be in a good position to do what you do best - provide actionable insight, and this won't just be limited to the UK arm, since this is an international business. So your insights will be used to support the goals of multiple countries and territories.

The company is looking for someone who has a digital analytics background established within a consumer e-tail environment, as you've got to know your way around things like:

  • Tracking pricing and promotional performance
  • Category analysis, identifying trends in behaviours and trading activity, synthesising recommendations backed by data findings
  • Optimising the sales conversion funnels by analysing customer journeys, identifying where drop outs occur and why, presenting key insights and recommendations to improve results
  • Testing and trialling content from the product teams, comparing different creative ideas and optimising site updates, presenting findings to the commercial teams to help improve performance, conversions and ultimately, sales through the site!

The business has some challenging goals which can only be achieved with your help. Those targets include doubling monthly sales transactions over the site within the next quarter, and this will be achieved through a kind of 'growth hacking' approach to marketing which will only be delivered with your insights.

This is a very fast-paced business that's not afraid to experiment in order to achieve great things. They're welcoming to those who dare to dream and who don't want to part of the grey majority who enjoy whiling away their careers wrapped in corporate red-tape and bureaucracy. Delivering presentation after presentation to faceless suits who just don't 'get it'.

So if you're looking for something fresh, an environment that's fun, engaging, challenging and with a brand name that's sure to add value to your career to date, why not apply to learn more?
