About the role:
The Direct Marketing team look after the recruitment and retention of cash, raffle and regular givers. This income stream has increased significantly over the past 10 years, and with this the diversity of the audience. This post will support the Donor Development Manager in managing the retention of the charity’s cash supporter base across their annual marketing calendar.
The role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of marketing channels (direct mail, digital, email marketing, SMS and print collateral) as well as helping to develop new marketing processes with their CRM, Salesforce.
The ideal candidate would have some direct marketing experience within either a charity, agency or commercial background. You would be customer orientated and passionate about providing the best possible experience for their cash supporters.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail are a must, as well as a creative and analytical mindset, and the ability to work with a number of internal and external stakeholders.
They are a friendly and supportive team, and so this post would suit someone with a collaborative approach to projects.
