Encore are recruiting for a proactive and dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to drive the business’ growth plans. We are looking for someone to re-invent care home marketing and explore new ways of marketing the business in order for the company to reach its ambitious targets.
This is a new role for the business and you will be joining a hungry and inspiring team who are looking for someone to work with them in propelling the business forward.
About the role:
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned to the overall goals and objectives of Encore, and to ensure that they are actioned and deliver agreed outcomes and performance levels.
As the Director of Sales and Marketing you will be working closely with the Encore Board, along with the care home managers to ensure that the care homes are meeting their financial KPIs.
What we are looking for:
* Demonstrable aptitude in developing and delivering strategic objectives is required
* Proven experience of generating sales and a pipeline of clients is essential
* Ideally you will have experience of working in a regional/national office for a branded hotel/hospitality company at a senior level.
* You will need to be driven and self-motivated whilst maintaining a focus on the customer
* You must be able to work well under pressure
* A marketing degree or equivalent qualification along with an understanding of the care home sector would be desirable
* There will be some travel between the care homes, so a driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
