A British multinational wholesaler is looking for an E-commerce Manager to support and manage the E-commerce team.

The Ecommerce Manager will help set and implement the digital strategy with the CEO.
Lead the online customer experience through the website and all acquisition and marketing channels across social, email and mobile.
Develop and drive the testing strategy plan and drive the development road map.
The Ecommerce Manager role has a Global remit, so requires managing digital marketing both nationally and internationally, ensuring approach is scalable, commercial and supports delivery of top line business goals and strategy.
Plans and manages the online marketing budget in conjunction with the CEO and Finance Directors so all digital marketing campaigns are delivered on budget and with cost visibility.
Using analytics to ensure performance of all activity is analysed, ROI is calculated and outputs are used to inform future budget and activity decisions.
Works with partner agencies globally to brief and commercially manage to ensure results and performance reach targets required and lead a dynamic team to ensure all reporting on campaign / CRM and activity performance is delivered accurately, on time, and in a format that informs business decisions.
Manages the following all digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Retention, conversion activity, welcome emails, welcome back, 2nd purchase etc, re targeting and abandoned baskets.
The experience we need.
A strong manager, utilising leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximise team performance and satisfaction and leads by example in all work related activities, acting as a role model for employees
The right candidate will ideally already be a Head of Ecommerce or a Senior Ecommerce Manager ready to take a step up. Must have experience of trading of UK and International websites with a solid digital marketing experience gained within a fast paced retailer.
Overall, self-assured, visionary and demonstrate gravitas with senior stakeholder skills and inspiration to their team.

What you’ll get in return.
