A well established and leading education and membership body is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to take the lead on a new developmental project within the digital and marketing team.
Working closely with senior management in the organisation, the Email Marketing Manager will be a key contact for introducing marketing automation into the company and taking the lead as the email specialist in the team.
Responsibilities of the Email Marketing Manager
Managing the end to end process of email campaigns, carrying out A/B testing on email campaigns and campaign analysis.
Working with the CRM manager to manage data and segmentation.
Taking the lead in the company's ESP migration, working with senior management to decide on the direction of the project.
Working with the wider marketing team to ensure email communications are in line with company branding and tone of voice
Training up colleagues on new email systems and dealing with any queries.
Ensuring trigger email campaigns are implemented effectively
Setting up and managing the process of workflow automations.
Stakeholder and partner relationship management where necessary.
Line management of one junior marketing team member.
Requirements of the Email Marketing Manager
Experience in an email specialist marketing role is a key requirement for the role
A background in working with Dotmailer is highly desirable
Any experience managing an ESP migration project in a previous marketing role is highly advantageous.
