EMEA Retail Marketing Manager, Stevenage -
Our award-winning client is currently searching for an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to join their busy and growing Hertfordshire team. Ideally, you'll have at least 3-4 years' experience in a Retail Marketing role already under your belt and will be confident liaising with European retailers. A background in category management or trade marketing would be highly beneficial in this role. You will have prior experience communicating with key stakeholders, ensuring that they are engaged with a brand and products and act as ambassadors for the brand in other markets. A passionate, driven and meticulous individual, you will have a strong commercial awareness and will put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
As EMEA Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content and copy to sell the brand and products to key stakeholders and ensure they are fully bought into the brand. Working with key European retailers and distributors, you will ensure all products meet the required brand standards when displayed in international markets. This role will see you designing range plans and key signage for retail displays, making sure that all products are displayed clearly and attractively to the consumer to ensure maximum sales. You will track key product and range performance across EMEA markets and devise strategies and materials to boost the sales of struggling lines, focusing on product packaging, pricing, display and promotion.

Due to the location of their offices in Hertfordshire, this role is commutable from Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth, Welwyn Garden City, Cambridge, Hatfield, Royston, Cambridge, Luton, Bedford, Harlow, St Albans, St Neots and London.
