EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

£34,692 per annum (plus benefits)
IoS training the subsidiary training provider to the British Swimming, ASA group is seeking an Employer Engagement Manager to support the delivery of IoS training’s business plan by engaging with employers to sell the IoS training offer.
We are looking for someone with the knowledge and understanding of government funded programmes who also has previous experience of contract management, managing remote teams and co-ordinating projects remotely. The individual must have excellent negotiation skills as the role requires dealing with external clients and large training contracts.
The ability to develop and deliver detailed sales and marketing plans and the ability to set and achieve work targets are essential requirements for this role.
It would be beneficial for the individuals to have experience of delivering UKCC qualifications and have a knowledge and understanding of the common inspection framework.
