European Lead Insight Manager
£55k + package

This Pan European, Group Wide role will unlock superior consumer, shopper, category and market insight which will be used to drive business growth throughout our leading packaged foods client. The Lead Insight Manager will define, develop and execute the insight learning plan for a specific product category, as well as support the development and validation of innovation and advertising, report on market performance and provide business recommendations for the product category. This position is also very much a partnering position with commercial teams and the Lead Insight Manager will be viewed the consumer champion amongst a variety of stakeholders.

Knowledge and skills required:

  • High level of technical skill in market research in ad hoc, quantitative, and qualitative methods
  • High familiarity with market research continuous data
  • Ability to combine different data sources
  • Impact and influence
  • Innovative and big picture thinker
  • Global mindset
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • FMCG
