European Media Manager, Slough -
A major multinational manufacturing organisation that has a strong brand presence throughout the world across a number of industry sectors and is a global household name is seeking a European Media Manager to join the organisation for a head office role.
Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager the successful candidate will be pivotal in setting the overall media strategy for Brand and Product Launch in Europe. The principal responsibility of the role is the on-going management of a combined media investment in all European markets to support the long term objectives. It will be necessary to provide leadership for local marketing teams in the development of their own local strategies and plans.
The role will require the successful candidate to develop central campaign media strategies. This will also include managing the briefing, creation, sign off and production of all Brand and Product Launch media plans as well as the development of the overall Brand and Product Launch direction. Working with key media agencies it will also be necessary to develop annual Pan-European marketing and media strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in developing media strategies working with suppliers and agencies and will have good campaign management experience and a strong financial awareness. Excellent media experience is required as well as excellent knowledge of Excel. The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects will be crucial and a strong grasp of key media metrics to define success will be desirable.

Due to the location of the office this role is commutable to those living in Maidenhead, Slough, Marlow, Beaconsfield, Bracknell, Weybridge, Egham, Chertsey, Frimley and Reading.
