A financial services organisation based in West Yorkshire

Due to significant growth and increasing the amount of corporate events, my client is currently seeking a driven and fast paced Events Manager who has experience creating, implementing and delivering large scale events and is comfortable working with senior internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, organise and plan large scale events both nationally and internationally
  • Source, generate and arrange event space allotments and allocation
  • Work with senior internal stakeholders in regards to strategic planning, budget and delivery
  • Attend, manage and ensure all events run smoothly and on time
  • Manage and ensure all deadlines are achieved

Personal Profile

  • Experience working in a corporate, financial services, professional services organisation
  • Strong organisation and communications skills essential
  • Experience managing large scale events - venue hire, catering, presentations etc.
  • Ability to manage and organise senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective communication and promotion skills - email, direct mail, social media
