You will have strong experience of working in both a global organization and local markets and be able to demonstrate a significant ability to lead and influence within a matrix organization and to integrate complex multifunctional efforts. Ideally you will have a strong understanding and alignment with Expert strategies and programmes and have a track record of contributions to the strategic planning process, ideally at both a category and brand level and developed and developing markets. You will have experience in analytics, P&L management, investment prioritisation and media planning & strategy as well as strong leadership and collaboration qualities together with strong presentation and communication skills.
About the role:
You will be reporting through the global category but with the responsibility to lead the Investment & Performance activity across all categories. You will lead a working group of Analytics, Global Insights, Commercial Excellence and the category Expert Marketing teams to understand the following 5 areas:
