Join a fantastic, forward thinking FMCG business in West/Greater London in a unique role to commercialise the in-year and three year plans for a recently (very successfully) refreshed brand in a growing category with significant growth opportunities.
You would be supporting the Commercial Development Controller to deploy the brand's commercial plan across the impulse and out of home channels (though this isn't a support role, you need to be able to take a lead). This involves:
The ideal candidate will have category, commercial or marketing/brand experience from another FMCG business. It's a small team, so you need to be comfortable with high levels of responsibility and autonomy and happy to be hands on. You'll have the ability to interpret category data and develop clear actionable plans; understand how marketing, category and sales interact to deliver brand objectives, understand the principles of a P&L and the creation of the annual promo plan as well as account pricing structures. You'll be a self starter, entrepreneurially minded and able to proactively engage the wider sales team and confident to engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
