Fantastic newly created Global Consumer Insights role within a major healthcare player. This role seeks to develop understanding of a specific customer segment and how different Marketing communications make their impact. This is a hugely analytical role that is targeted with determining the financial impact/ROI of all activity. Embedded within in the Marketing team this is a key Insights role, vital to transforming both the content and efficacy of the marketing effort across a number of markets and specialist targets.
You will need first class Quantitative analysis experience and skills, the ability to translate multiple data sources into a simple story gained from experience in Bespoke Quant research design. As a senior Insights professional, you will have a proven track record in developing and managing complex, global Insight programs as well as making an impact with senior internal teams. You must have a history of enabling and driving change and the ability to become the objective voice of the identified customer in the business.
