There is a high level of responsibility with this role and a great deal of internal influencing and stakeholder relationships, therefore, the Global Marketing Capability Manager needs to be approachable, enjoy working in a team and have the ability to influence effectively. Our ideal candidate is someone with learning & development experience; someone who has launched and led capability programmes and operated at Marketing Manager level within FMCG. International experience would be an advantage.
