£65k + c/a + bonus

This exciting new position within a leading global food manufacturer will take responsibility for developing the annual Marketing Academy Programme (including new hire onboarding, training and development), and the management and execution of the marketing capability programme across Europe. This is a newly created position in a newly created team and is in effect, a start-up project. With this in mind, we are looking for someone who is excited by the scale of the opportunity and having responsibility for shaping and supporting the Marketing function as the business grows globally.
There is a high level of responsibility with this role and a great deal of internal influencing and stakeholder relationships, therefore, the Regional Marketing Capability Manager needs to be approachable, enjoy working in a team and have the ability to influence effectively.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Capabilities manager with a strength in Marketing and would be open to someone with more of a marketing background who has a passion for training and development.
