Our ideal candidate
You will have an exceptional academic profile combined with a very classic, rigorous FMCG marketing training gained from a commercially oriented blue chip environment. You will have full-mix exposure including extensive exposure to innovation/NPD work and have strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills. To succeed in this role you will need to have a results driven, entrepreneurial mindset and be able to operate in a very challenging and fast paced environment. Strong communication and influencing skills are key as is the ability to challenge the status quo and push back for what you believe in.
