It’s the perfect opportunity for an experienced Group Account Director or Client Services Director to join a top tier agency with some big brand clients with lots of money to spend on strategy and integrated campaigns. You'll oversee a client services team of 12 (and growing) making sure that the team continues to enjoy great career progression, their clients are profitable and revenues continue to grow The Group Account Director or Client Services Director will single-handedly manage the pitch process against the big London agencies and continue the agency's success in winning that kind of new business, utilising the team around them. A notable new business win includes a £5million branding and integrated campaign strategy for a challenger brand. The new Group Account Director / Client Services Director will manage this account along with a couple of others, with the help of the team. This is a mixture of team management, pitch management and some account directing on a small number of key accounts.The experience we need.
The successful Group Account Director or Client Services Director / Client Services Director will have worked for an integrated marketing or branding agency previously, probably at Group Account Director, Head of Clients Services / Account Management, or Client Services Director level, will have managed pitches in their entirety and done so successfully, and will be interested in account directing on a small number of key accounts.
