Educated to degree level, preferably in a Business or Marketing discipline, candidates must have the following;
8-10 years minimum experience preferably gained in FMCG but ideally Healthcare at senior marketing level.
Some commercial or category experience is preferred.
Proven experience in developing brand strategy and driving results.
Experience of geographic expansion is desirable.
Experience in people leadership and developing others.
Ability to set direction and inspire.
