The Group Brand Manager will lead the strategy, execution and brand P&L for a high profile area of the business towards delivering the company vision of quality affordable healthcare. The brand is vast with a presence in over 35 categories and this Group Brand Manager role demands a perfect mix of commercial acumen and brand flair! With 1 direct report, the team is tasked to develop the brand into a strong second tier store brand and create a business model for roll out across Europe. The role, therefore, has a broad set of stakeholders to influence and collaborate and will manage a sizeable financial delivery and future opportunity, with the Group Brand Manager leading the way in terms of identifying commercial and innovation opportunities to drive growth.

Educated to degree level, preferably in a Business or Marketing discipline, candidates must have the following;

8-10 years minimum experience preferably gained in FMCG but ideally Healthcare at senior marketing level.

Some commercial or category experience is preferred.

Proven experience in developing brand strategy and driving results.

Experience of geographic expansion is desirable.

Experience in people leadership and developing others.

Ability to set direction and inspire.
