This is a rare opportunity to join this global beauty business.  We are looking for a high potential Group Product Manager to take on the challenge of this well known and high profile brand.  You will need a proven track record of achievement gained from another FMCG blue chip business and real empathy with beauty brands is essential.  Reporting directly to the Marketing Director you will be managing a small team.  You will have significant responsibility for both the longer term strategic agenda and the commercial performance.  This is a real opportunity to shine in a dynamic and fast moving, entrepreneurial business.

Strong academics are essential but as important is an entrepreneurial flair.  You must enjoy doing things differently and be able to thrive in a non structured, unprocessed driven culture.  You will possess superb interpersonal skills and have strong commercial acumen.  You will be a confident communicator, articulate in delivery and have the ability to build strong working relationships cross-functionally.  You will be an excellent project manager with the ability to multi-task effectively but still focusing on attention to detail and quality of work.  The environment is challenging, fast paced and truly international.
