Calling all foodie's! Are you a results driven leader with extensive experience in planning and delivering customer lifecycle communication both online and offline? About you:


You will have 6+ years' experience in CRM customer loyalty experience ideally in B2C online retail. You will need to have strong analytical experience and a proven background of planning, developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Skills and characteristics which would really benefit you in the role include:

  • Plan and develop campaigns including execution of customer communication and website content followed by analysis and reporting
  • Manage integration cross campaigns and cross departments ensuring fluidity of brand image
  • Budget management
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver trading activity
