We're very pleased to be working with a highly successful Marketing Agency based in Cheshire, who are on the lookout for a Head of Creative to lead and grow their design team.

Easily accessible from Manchester and surrounding areas via public transport, this relatively new, yet booming agency has seen exceptional growth over the last few years. Working with clients across both B2B and B2C sectors, they create visually stunning designs across both print and digital platforms. The Head of Creative will be responsible for growing the team and owning the commercial success of this department.

You will be:

· Improving efficiency of the design and creative department

· Create beautiful and modern creative, which your clients will love

· Managing a team of Designers and responsible for the growth of this department

· Working closely with internal teams (development and client-services) to make sure that campaigns are delivered on time and in-line with client objectives

· Responsible for coming up with ideas for pitches and proposals.

We are looking for a Senior Designer with the desire and ambition to take this agency to the next level; you'll have experience in both designing for web and print, people management experience and who's comfortable pitching ideas and concepts to clients.
