My client is one of the fastest growing health and leisure businesses in the UK. Since launching their first branch in 2008, the company has grown exponentially and now have 90 sites up and down the country. Since last year's IPO, the company have continued with their significant growth ambitions, and have plans to open a further 20 sites next year. They now have 2.5m users and are seeking to acquire a further 500,000 over the next 12 months.

To support this exponential growth trajectory, my client has made a significant commitment to their investment in marketing. They've recently hired an outstanding marketing director, who's now seeking to recruit three direct reports: including a Head of Customer Acquisition.

As the Head of Customer Acquisition, your role will be to own all online and offline marketing channels, playing a lead role in the launch of their 20 new branches in 2017. The board has signed off two significant above the line campaigns, which you'll own and run - and you'll also play a lead part in all performance marketing.

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious TTL marketer, with the capability to approach a challenge strategically - but also someone who's happy to roll up their sleeves and execute. The organisation are very driven by data - so any successful recruit needs to have a really strong grasp on key business metrics and cost per acquisition, ensuring the board continues to see profitable ROI.

You'll be managing one direct report, so you'll need to demonstrate a track record in leadership. It would also be highly advantageous if someone had worked in a branch-driven business and supported the front end with marketing collateral, POS etc. The client has specifically asked to see people from restaurants, retailers, supermarkets, loyalty businesses and cinemas.

For the right candidate, this is a truly unique opportunity to join one of the fastest growing branch networks in the UK. With an established brand and a commitment to growth, there's massive potential for personal and professional development - both in the short and longer term. For a health and fitness enthusiast - this may well be the very best opportunity in the market right now!
