Challenging senior role for bright strategic thinking marketer looking for a new challenge.  In this key role with a major global health insurer, your remit will be to understand the customer and their needs in the key Asia-Pac region.  What sort of services and products should be offered, how might these differ across markets and which channels should be used to drive sales.  Using customer data, market and competitor intelligence and consumer insight, supported by a small team, you will take on the challenge of identifying and building customer profiles/segments that meet customer needs - developing financially-robust business cases and working with the marketing & comms teams to bring them to market and drive customer volume and profitable growth.

Our Ideal Candidate

Commercially savvy, strong strategic thinking skills and creativity are all key for this challenging role in which you will need to build compelling propositions, gain support for them with multiple stakeholders and bring them to launch successfully.  Strong academics are key with experience of proposition development and customer experience work, probably gained in financial services, telecoms or another service business or perhaps in a strategic consultancy role.  Candidates will have exceptional facilitation skills, excellent communication and presentation skills and evidence of the ability to interpret consumer needs and build propositions and business cases that meet these needs.  You will have probably had experience of delivering change through a matrix organisation and will enjoy using logic and analytical rigour to bring clarity and structure to solving sometimes ambiguous issues.  This role is head office based but will require frequent travel and potentially a permanent move into the region.
