Fabulous opportunity for a Head of Digital Marketing with an exciting, fast growing, entrepreneurial business.
As Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll be tasked with the leadership and strategy of the digital marketing team and its output, working alongside the senior management team to grow the online business and deliver against challenging targets.
The role requires a strong technical understanding of the strategic use of digital media across multiple channels including email, display, content, affiliates, SEO, PPC and social, all of which is tracked through a dedicated Ad Server.
You will work closely with the Data Analyst to track and optimize campaigns, present findings and make recommendations. Armed with a sizable budget, you will be responsible for the planning and buying of display, brand and video media channels online and given the autonomy to trial new avenues to grow the brand.
Devising the strategy for multivariate web testing also forms part of your remit, utilizing software tools to improve and personalize the user experience on the website.
You will manage a team of 3 digital marketers, each responsible for specific channels, ensuring consistency of messaging and campaign management, as well as taking a keen interest in developing the team’s skills and knowledge.
