We are the UK’s fastest growing car servicing provider with over 1,500 garages nationwide. Every day, thousands of customers call or book their services online through our platform. Since appearing on BBC Television’s Dragons’ Den in 2009 – where the company received offers of investment from three of the Dragons - We have grown significantly and is looking to recruit the finest, talented individuals to join in the next stage of expansion.
We are currently looking to recruit a driven and engaging Head of Digital Marketing with proven experience, and an impressive track record within the industry.
We’re looking for a smart, creative who is also able to manage and meet commercial targets. Ideally, you will have already successfully grown a B2C brand. You will report to the Chief Marketing and Customer Officer and lead a team of 8 marketeers. You will be managing a £3 million budget, a database of 1+ million customers and 4 million unique website visitors per year.
The work here is diverse and challenging, with no two days the same. You will be based at the company’s headquarters in Enfield, leading a young, hungry and ambitious team.
Head of Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
+ Overall responsibility of new customer acquisition whilst maintaining relationships with existing ones.
+ Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
+ Managing all channels of marketing: PPC, CRM-email-SMS, website conversion, partnerships/affiliates, SEO, PR and social media.
+ Tracking delivery of all channels against plan.
+ Monitoring and reporting marketing effectiveness.
+ Execution and development of strategic partner relationships and affiliates.
+ Training current team members and improving performance.
+ Supervision of staff including appraisals, and providing guidance as needed.
+ Ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed.
+ Assisting in budget creation for the marketing.
Head of Digital Marketing Requirements:
+ Strong hands-on experience across performance marketing channels: PPC, CRM-email-SMS, website conversion, partnerships/affiliates etc.
+ Good knowledge within SEO, PR and social media.
+ Strong marketing experience for a B2C product which has grown rapidly.
+ Understanding of current effective marketing techniques.
+ Strong strategic, analytical and project management skills.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team.
+ Confident and dynamic personality.
+ Previous experience in companies characterised by rapid growth.
+ Keen interest in marketing research and best practice knowledge within PPC, email and online conversion.
