A worldwide leading FMCG manufacturer with products selling in over 120 countries, are seeking a Head Of E-Commerce to join their team. The role will be very hands on across all digital and e-commerce channels; social, affiliates, display, retargeting, PPC and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years’ experience working in a fast-paced Consumer Goods organisation at senior level.

You will organise the company’s E-Commerce marketing goals by planning, developing and implementing E-Commerce strategy within the UK market and also the EU strategy in the future.

A summary of what you’ll do as Head of E-Commerce:

 Affiliate Campaign Management and Branding
 Management of a Digital Marketing Executive
 Own, manage and execute the online activities across the eCommerce function
 Attract new and existing visitors to the eCommerce proposition via all customer acquisition methodologies including but not limited to SEO, PPC, e-mail, Affiliates, Display etc
 Own, manage and execute the onsite merchandising and conversion activities including but not limited to, product promotions, price promotions, special campaigns etc
 Minimum 6 years of global marketing experience
 IMC marketing, campaign, promotional strategy planning experience
 Research and create brand partnerships
 Work with external SEO agencies to drive digital marketing traffic and ecommerce sales growth
 Work collaboratively with the Brand Marketing, Digital Creative and CRM teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
 Working across the business to plan and schedule seasonal/yearly product launches.
 Analyse competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
 Create weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs for digital channels.
 Research new and expanding markets/influencer's in order to increase exposure.
 Working alongside design, production, PR and trading in order to streamline relevant messaging.

What we need from you:

 Must have. 4-8 years’ experience in an FMCG/ Consumer goods e-commerce environment
 Excellent communication skills, with both agency and in-house teams.
 Have excellent written English and proof reading skills.
