Head of EMEA Marketing
£95,000 per annum plus bonus

Are you an experienced cloud technology or SaaS marketer who enjoys working in a growing business with a start-up culture? Are you able to work flexibly and under you own steam to develop demand generation strategy at a senior, strategic level?
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing, yet successful business in the FP&A software space, as they seek to build out a presence in EMEA. Based in the UK, this role will report into the VP Marketing in the USA, and will be responsible for direct marketing in the UK and Ireland, as well as expanding the company's programs into EMEA.
We are looking for a strong marketing leader with a proven ability to deliver growth results against aggressive targets. The ideal candidate will have EMEA marketing experience with analytical and demand generation expertise. You will build out a local team, delivering pipeline across UKI and leveraging the success of those programs to launch into multiple EMEA territories - e.g. France, Germany, the Nordics. You will directly drive measurable results to include PR and channel marketing and will work as a part of a small, closely-knit team in London and with the USA marketing team in California.
-Managing the planning, developing, scheduling and coordinating of demand generation and field marketing campaigns to drive inbound response rate and qualified leads.
-Managing all creative, content and scheduling for marketing automation and nurture campaigns.
-Planning and producing effective field marketing programmes, including webinars, seminars, workshops and other local events, whilst working closely with the USA field marketing team.
-Maintaining existing partnerships and exploring new advertising partners and networks. Running and maintaining these accounts, based on performance.
-Placing content with a wide range of media outlets, including business, trade, industry and technology.
-Reviewing programme performance trends and recommending projects and strategies for continual program improvement, plus weekly reporting.
-Implementing tests and executing on findings within user behaviour, localisation impact, promotional effectiveness, content and landing page design.
-Creating effective channel programs and marketing for international partners.
-10+ years' relevant marketing experience across multiple EMEA countries.
-B2B marketing experience in field marketing or demand generation roles is essential.
-Demonstrated knowledge of key metrics for ROI analysis.
-People leadership experience is a plus.
-Experience of close working partnerships with sales teams is a must.
-Marketing campaign management experience, with emphasis on technical and analytical skills required to drive campaigns.
-Marketing automation and Salesforce experience is needed.
