Head of Marketing
£70,000 - £85,000 plus car and benefits
Join this exciting and innovative snacking brand and lead and drive growth across the portfolio by overseeing and developing the strategic direction of the product range, delivering increased market share and profit contribution. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities through portfolio optimisation, innovation and customer specific initiatives. You will own the commercial portfolio agenda to ensure that plans are continuously monitored, evaluated and refined, taking full responsibility for the quality of the portfolio and the development and launch of all branded new products.
Our Ideal Candidate
We will need a classically trained FMCG marketer, highly commercial, with a good track record of delivery in the UK. You will be able to identify and realise opportunities through brand activation and/or innovation. You must be a strong team player with the ability to work across teams both locally and internationally and manage up to 4 direct reports. You will have a strong character, embrace risk, deliver commercial results and have a genuine passion for brands.
