Job Title: Head of Marketing

The Opportunity:
As Head of Marketing you will own the marketing strategy for our brands and

• Inspire the team and initially drive execution of existing plans
• Provide strong innovation pipeline both NPD/EPD coupled with category led positioning to drive distribution and category share
• Manage multi £m marketing budget
• Team Development

• Developing ‘Specialist’ business based on US brands and products
• Acquisition integration
• Training & Developing linked to Succession planning

You:

• Branded FMCG experience focused on marketing
• FMCG in major multiples biased towards UK but not necessarily food background
• Good understanding of blue chip environment but also some smaller company experience to balance
• Multibrand portfolio management including Own Label Management an advantage
• Understanding of shopper marketing and category management essential
• Has lead and developed a marketing team

Qualities
Passion, energy and drive
Analytical with strong commercial understanding of P/L
Able to be tactical short term with an executional bias but able to fit within a longer term strategic framework
Resilient with a can do attitude
Problem solving with creative solutions to issues
