Bookmark is delighted to partnering with a leading retailer seeking to recruit a Head of Marketing to define and realise the brand’s marketing ambitions. This already successful business has multiple revenue streams including stores and a successful ecommerce operation but seeks to continually redefine customer messaging and experience.
This position requires an innovative thinker who is driven by change & continuous improvement. Strong strategic marketing skills are a must, as is the ability to get under the skin of the customer and identify key behaviours and motivators. The role will lead marketing activity across both on and offline channels, manage & inspire the marketing team and play a part in customer insight & product development & innovation.
To be considered for the role you must have a multi-channel marketing background gained within a retail environment. You’ll be passionate about customers and be at the forefront of retail & ecommerce trends. You’ll be expert at developing powerful marketing campaigns which drive results and help building lasting brand recognition.
