Hudson are pleased to be supporting Cambridge Education Group in hiring a Head of Marketing to manage the ONCAMPUS brand team that provides top class support, sales tools, marketing communications and collateral to Cambridge Education Group’s network of overseas sales staff, as well as to its educational agents and institutional partners, in support of high growth student recruitment and revenue goals.

About the role
Marketing communications across all channels for the ONCAMPUS brand globally
Management and development of a team of marketing professionals comprised of 4 Marketing Managers and 2 Marketing Executives
Responsible for strategic marketing objectives: customer insight, competitor research, pricing analysis, brand management
Development and delivery of marketing campaigns that have a high impact on new student recruitment goals across the brand
Creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, sales tools and web content to effectively communicate key selling points with accurate technical detail to agents, parents, students and institutional partners
Delivery of global marketing plans ensuring close integration with regional sales plans
Manage and develop the brand and its positioning to agents and to wider stakeholders
Development and delivery of training materials to both internal and external audiences
Play central role in business development initiatives for the brand
Skills, knowledge, qualifications required for job
Track record of performance management and team development in a fast-moving, global organisation with proven marketing experience in the international student recruitment sector
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a complex business environment
Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure and motivate others
Ability to operate as an effective tactical and strategic thinker in a high growth business
Highly commercial in instinct, attitudes and behaviour
Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented
Able to make decisions in a fast-changing context, influence and develop future strategy and play an active role in business development
Committed to continuous self-development and learning within the marketing discipline and in the commercial education sector
Educated to at least degree level with a strong academic background: candidates should be highly articulate, exhibit strong leadership credentials and be used to working under pressure of deadlines and high standards of delivery
