You will have the support of a team of 8, and a budget of circa £40m under your control. The existing team is a blend of highly capable and experienced performance marketers and also developing talent. As a broader division, brand marketing teams will work alongside you and your function to dovetail their marketing efforts to ensure the overall business objectives are achieved, and their work will have a positive impact on you achieving yours too. There's also seasonal promotional spikes of marketing investment in order to drive sales performance at key points of the year, these will largely fall to your team to deliver.

As you can probably see by now, this isn't a run-of-the-mill opportunity working for just any brand - and you won't be doing it just for any product offering either. You will be leading the way with all other brands watching closely, chasing your tail. The question is, are you up for the challenge?
