We need a sophisticated marketing thinker who can rise to the challenge of a dual role for this well-established and highly respected marketing capability consultancy. Your responsibilities will encompass both the development of the marketing capability business as well as the management of and consultancy for major blue chip clients. You will oversee programmes for major clients including management of project teams and overseeing project budgets. You will be given creative freedom to ensure the marketing workshops are world class.    

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a track record in identifying and converting business opportunities on the agency side as well as consulting for blue chip clients at a senior level. You will be commercial with the ability to engage clients around their business issues. It is expected that you will have practical experience across diverse sectors and, ideally both b2b and b2c, and have played a major role in driving behavioural change within an organisation - a passion for training clearly would help.
