Our client is a well-established and very sucessful PR agency in Surrey and they are looking for someone to develop their internal, external and customer marketing strategy in line with company objectives and execute associated activities with demonstrable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the agency's internal, external and customer marketing strategy in line with company objectives and against budget with clearly defined results and outcomes and using a range of channels
  • Plan and implement the creation of marketing materials and associated promotional campaigns
  • Take ownership for the agency's own PR, digital and social strategy including website maintenance, SEO, social community management and PR campaigns
  • Establish and manage relationships with external agencies; telemarketers, marketing agencies etc. to execute agreed plan
  • Establish and maintain effective internal communication strategies to ensure employees are kept motivated and informed and deliver the desired customer experience
  • Work with HR Manager to ensure effective communication of the company’s desired behaviours, culture and values are lived and breathed throughout the agency and beyond
  • Working with Head of Sales, identify target markets and develop clear strategies to communicate with those markets
  • Devise, manage and improve lead generation campaigns in order to support the Head of Sales’ goals and objectives
  • Provide support to the Head of Sales in all stages of the tender process, as required
  • Working with the client delivery teams, develop specific campaigns to engage with existing client-base to ensure they remain informed and enthused by
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • Study competitor services to explore new ways of improving existing service offering and work across the agency to develop strategies to communicate the evolution of service offering
  • Monitor, analyse and report on key market trends.
  • Monitor and report effectiveness and success of all campaigns on monthly basis for Board
  • Ensure all activities meet with and integrate with the company values and requirements for CMS (quality management) and general duty of care

PR experience essential.
