We have a super senior level PR and communications role in a UK based pan-European retail operation in which you will help to define the strategy for PR and events activity in line with the established corporate direction. You will develop both internal and external communications with the aim of enhancing consumer and B2B brand awareness (which is lower than might be expected), driving footfall and increasing average consumer spend.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will be a bright and quick thinking candidate who is comfortable wearing multiple hats - both a corporate PR and communications professional, comfortable managing political and environmental issues as well as developing classic consumer PR campaigns. You will also have experience in all aspects of B2B comms in a large pan-European or International company and a retail background would clearly be beneficial. Outstanding communications skills and the ability to build strong relationships both with the media and internal senior level colleagues would be essential. It is also now essential that you are fluent in Italian - this has been given to us as a non-negotiable.
