As an ideas led, Strategy Director you should feel most at home when defining a strategy for complex new business briefs, building client relationships and leading talented creative and account handling teams. You will be accustomed to working with some of the UK's leading Retail brands in the provision of exceptional strategic and creative marketing insight that helps win new business and you will significantly facilitate the structured growth of this highly regarded Business in their delivery of creative, digital, and integrated marketing services.
As a senior member of the team the Strategy & Brand Director will work closely with the MD and Head of Sales to provide strategic input covering all channels, with strong digital focus, you will lead/partner the Agency pitch process, gathering briefs, developing organic growth proposals and providing a strategic contribution to new business activities with the aim of focussed sector targeting.
With a focus on educating and inspiring Clients on the possibilities of activation through digital channels (including web, social media, mobile, search and content), you will nurture and develop account handlers supporting strategic projects, work with the wider team to ensure appropriate KPIs are set for all strategy projects, liaise with Clients and Account teams communicating and influencing conversion strategies based on analytical insight and conduct strategic Client/Agency reviews with the view to adapting future work based on the outcomes.
You will have a rich pedigree in digital and experience in developing and delivering across all areas of social, mobile and digital media, plus a breadth of expertise to deliver strategy & integration across all areas of offline channels.
