North of London. Ref: TL884312
The Innovation Brand Manager for this leading food manufacturer will support the Innovation Controller and work closely with Category and Insights teams to develop a category innovation strategy and innovation platforms for two leading food grocery brands with a combined RSV worth of £240m. This will include innovation pipelining for the next two years and investigative work to understand global leading technologies within the category for deployment within the business. The Innovation Brand Manager will also be responsible for the development of consumer insights which drive concept platforms for future initiatives and be given responsibility for activation of the innovation funnel of qualified activities. We seek an inventive yet pragmatic creative; someone with commerciality and pace. An entrepreneurial spirit and someone who enjoys working in a culture which embraces fresh new ideas and challenge is sought. This is very much a collaborative role requiring stakeholder influencing and successful project team management. A high profile role with masses of accountability.

You will have:

2/3+ years innovation or brand management experience, including experience of developing consumer concepts through to product launch.

Commercial orientation - proven track record of bringing innovation to action which build sales.

Entrepreneurial spirit - desire to continuously look for new ideas and ways of working, as well as embedding them into a team.

Personal impact - communication and influencing skills.

Results orientation - able to work collaboratively with teams and delivers personal accountabilities along with team goals.
