You will have:
2/3+ years innovation or brand management experience, including experience of developing consumer concepts through to product launch.
Commercial orientation - proven track record of bringing innovation to action which build sales.
Entrepreneurial spirit - desire to continuously look for new ideas and ways of working, as well as embedding them into a team.
Personal impact - communication and influencing skills.
Results orientation - able to work collaboratively with teams and delivers personal accountabilities along with team goals.
