In both the innovation BM and innovation SBM roles you will be responsible for:
- identifiying brand strategy and NPD opportunties
- write compelling consumer proposition to drive consumption in the category
- work across cross functional teams and network accordingly building strong relationships with all stakeholders
- liaise with colleagues in international markets
- working with consumer insights, and strategy teams you will be working to grow the business and brands and go to market comfortably with new launches and products
- you will be passionate about working within FMCG and if you're applying for the SBM role you will have some team leadership experience as well!
To be successful we will be looking for:
- candidates with 5-7 years experience depending on the role you apply for within FMCG and brand management
- candidates with proven experience in innovation and brand planning
- entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for FMCG and brand management
