Your challenge will be to work cross functionally with the Brand and Innovation teams to lead the strategy and plan development for a category based on deep consumer insight and to get multiple concepts /ranges to market including at least one high-profile launch per year, whilst looking for longer-term development opportunities in line with the business strategy.
You will thrive on meeting and exceeding business objectives in a demanding culture where your strong commercial savvy and flair will be appreciated. Minimum of 4 years innovation experience within FMCG food required from strategic pipeline to delivery in market.
