The Opportunity

Reporting into the Head of Research & Development, the Innovation Manager will be responsible for:

  • Designing, driving and facilitating the concept innovation pipeline, processes and tools
  • To make the company recognised as the most innovative manufacturer in the UK
  • Create an innovation culture where ideas can come from anywhere and are captured in the innovation process
  • Proactively explores process innovation opportunities within existing manufacturing footprint
  • Identifies and pitches for new capability opportunities through capex solutions or co-packing solutions prior to bringing in-house

An out and out innovation expert from the marketing and ideation end of innovation. AN FMCG innovation process specialist who can be the link and join the dots between marketing, insight, technical and all business areas seamlessly.
