Parker Young is supporting a Global FMCG organisation with an impressive product portfolio of house-hold names, to identify a top class Innovation Manager to join marketing team
As Innovation Manager your primary objective will be to lead the delivery of an ongoing brand and own label innovation pipeline, delivering against net rev targets and supporting category and brand growth. You will be integral in the development of the innovation strategy and you will create, lead and drive commercially viable innovation concepts from ideation through to launch for locally developed innovations – branded and own label. You will develop and utilise ongoing consumer, market, competitor and macro understanding to be applied to help fuel the innovation pipeline ensuring that external macros knowledge is shared internally.
We are therefore looking for someone with a real passion for FMCG innovation. You can be from have either worked previously in innovation specific roles, or come from an FMCG Brand Marketing background. You must have excellent project management skills and the ability to comunicate effctively with internal colleagues, extrnal patrners and retail customers.
