Following a recent investment round our sales team is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and high-performing Sales Account Executive to join our team. Based in our light and airy office in Farnborough, Hampshire, you will be responsible for managing and closing opportunities working closely with our Business Development team. This person must demonstrate all the behaviours associated with a high performance sales culture, a hunter mentality, and strong follow up to make sure a deal never slips through your fingers and delivering strong results against a quota. Responsibilities:

+ Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a monthly basis
+ Continually build pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
+ Become an expert on Sentiment’s products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers via web-ex
+ Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during fast moving as well as complex sales cycles
+ Work in a team-selling environment with Sales Development Representatives insuring correctly targeted leads are past to you and closed, Customer success so demo’s appropriately represent the products value, and the tech team to make sure feature requests are passed in for product improvement.
+ Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, phone and email activity and forecasting in our CRM (we use Hubspot)

SaaS Sales Account Executive Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Experience selling to director/VP level leaders
+ 1+ years of SaaS software selling experience as an inside sales Account executive; 
+ Experience selling SaaS deals in the 10-50k ARR range
+ Technically savvy; 
+ Proficiency using a leading CRM
+ Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
+ Experience selling to Contact centres or Social Media Directors highly beneficial. 
+ Contact face to face meetings where appropriate
