A specialist in customer satisfaction research and providing solutions to improve customer experience is currently looking for an Insight Analyst to join their Insight Department.
Working with multiple global brands, they help their clients successfully and efficiently respond to the voices of their customers, and so their aim is to provide consistent quality and depth of analysis in the research and solutions they provide.
In this position, you'll take vast sets of data and produce engaging reports to deliver to clients, working alongside the Director of Insight to deliver impactful insight across both industries and brands. You'll also develop and maintain text mining libraries, with full training given. However, previous experience of text analytics would be advantageous for this.
You'll join a growing and thriving team to produce actionable results and clear stories from the data you've analysed, all while proactively sharing ideas and keeping track of current industry trends.
As the ideal candidate, you'll have a minimum of three years' experience in a market research role, and will have preferably been exposed to both quantitative and qualitative data. A degree or a qualification to the equivalent level are also required.
Your ability to critically evaluate data and draw conclusions from your analysis will form a key element of the role, and good data visualisation skills will also mean that you're well equipped to succeed. Excellent communication skills will also be crucial as you'll work both independently and within a team, and must therefore be a strong team player who can work effectively with other departments within the business.
MRS or CIM/CAM qualifications are desirable, but a love of problem solving and high proficiency in Microsoft Office is also ideal.
