Insight and Product Development Manager
£45,000 – £55,000 plus benefits
An exciting opportunity to take both insight and NPD responsibility for a classic FMCG brand, using consumer insight to lead the innovation plan. You will identify consumer trends and market positioning, working closely with internal stakeholders including chefs, sales teams, logistics and marketing colleagues, in order to manage all aspects of NPD projects to ensure consumer centric and commercially viable products are launched to market.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will ideally have the blend of strong insight and NPD experience, running projects from concept to shelf. You will be passionate about food, with the proven ability to translate insight into product. The role demands confidence when it comes to presentation to stakeholders and colleagues. They would also be open to strong classic brand managers looking for a fresh challenge.
