You will ideally have some supplier side experience and be experienced working alongside brand and category teams, although we won't rule out FMCG agency experience. Highly analytical and motivated by data and insight, you must also be confident and assertive in your beliefs and recommendations, as this business fosters a culture of people feeling comfortable in having their own opinions and being able to speak up. This is a front line role where you will be in regular contact with senior stakeholders from day one so confidence and engagement when presenting is key.
