This team and brand are hugely digitally driven – programmatic, social, media etc, dealing with agencies and across multiple teams, so experience of the full marketing mix is an absolute must. You must be able to analyse the brands and decide if their priorities are right, influence across functions and have the full mix including media planning, agency management, negotiating etc.
This is a complex portfolio and will require a hard hitting MM that has experience work across multi-functional teams and simplifying a complex category. You will also need a history of ownership and delivery for big campaigns on well-known brands. You will have experience in new product innovation and development, campaign launches and execution and a real love of FMCG marketing. This is a high profile, high performing team and only your best will do.
This is a 9 month maternity cover role paying £320 per day limited company.
