Reporting into the Marketing Controller, this role is tasked with delivering their ambitious growth plans for a well-known, key product range in their portfolio.
This pivotal role is responsible for the development and delivery of the brand plan objectives to achieve sales and profit targets. Also managing the NPD pipeline tied to the 3 year plan.
Delivering marketing communications across varied media channels and managing agencies are key parts of this great opportunity. This is a classic, 360 degree Brand Management career opportunity.
They are fast-paced and commercial and management of a busy NPD/Innovation pipeline is a key responsibility in making this role a success.
You must be immediately available or on short notice. It is essential you have a solid track-record to date from within FMCG brand management and/or product management.
You will have experience in end-to-end product lifecycles and be an excellent project manager.
You must possess the ability to forge strong relationships both internally with sales and also externally with a number of agencies is essential to success.
