You will ideally be a degree educated, classically trained SBM with branded commercial experience within a large FMCG environment. You will have experience in managing commercial brand performance and understanding brand P&L and have a strong track record in broad cross-functional project management and delivery. You will need to be strong on both digital and traditional channels. You will ideally have experience managing huge brands with a strong market presence and heritage. You'll need to be commercially astute, able to manage financials but equally comfortable leading and managing creative briefs/agencies to deliver effective and on brand communications. You will be comfortable mentoring and helping them to deliver best in class marketing in this busy role
