This international business based in Leeds City Centre are currently undergoing significant investment and expansion and as a result they're looking to recruit an ambitious, digitally savvy Internal Communications Manager to join their team.
Working across both the Commercial and Marketing teams, you'll be responsible for leading all digital internal and external communications. You will identify current areas of improvement and use this to develop the communications strategy for head office and field based employees and remote workers. You'll be an innovator of technology and effectively utilise up and coming digital channels such as mobile apps and social media. In addition you will be actively engaged with senior stakeholders and business partners and be expected to influence them with the communications strategy. They're not looking for a weekly newsletter to their colleagues they're expecting the best in digital communications to keep up with a young and innovative work force.
What We're Looking For:
To be considered for this Internal Communications role you will have achieved significant achievements in colleague engagement across a multi-site organisation, ideally within the financial services sector or other regulated environment. You'll be passionate about digital and take a forward thinking approach to integrating new digital technologies such as mobile apps within internal communications strategy.
