In this role you will be joining one of those 'digital innovators' in their new, state-of-the-art digital home in the centre of London.
As the Internal Communications Manager, you're remit will be to build and deliver the employee communications roadmap - being a start-up organisation that's expanding fast, there's plenty to shout about, with lots of product launches, updates and features being delivered. Similarly they have offices across the country, each delivering different aspects of what becomes a joined up solution presented to the customer, and it's evolving fast.
So your programme of communications and events will be designed to keep employees abreast of changes, up-coming launches, articulating business plans and ensuring the information is delivered in an engaging, fun and meaningful way so all stakeholders are galvanised behind a business direction, and are kept informed and up-to-speed on developments in and around the business, and this is done even taking into account this company is operating and evolving at an incredible pace!
